Overview
All Low Tide Threads products are made to order and fulfilled through a third-party partner. This means each item is created after purchase, not pulled from inventory. Because of this process, production and shipping times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and season.
Order Processing
Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days after purchase. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Once production is complete, orders are packaged and shipped through standard carriers.
Shipping Timeframes
Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier but generally range from 3–7 business days within the United States after production is complete. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or high shipping volume.
Shipping Responsibility
Low Tide Threads is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or packages marked as delivered but reported lost or stolen. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
Tracking
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and coordinate with the carrier if needed.
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
Because all items are made to order, Low Tide Threads does not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, ordering mistakes, or buyer preference. We only replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Request Process
To request a replacement or refund, customers must follow these steps:

Wait for confirmation and next steps before returning or disposing of the item
Failure to follow these steps or provide required information may result in denial of the request.
Resolution
If the claim is approved, Low Tide Threads will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that are worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for replacement or refund. Claims made outside the 3-day window may not be accepted.
